Self Storage is a relatively new service in Ireland. At self-storage Kinsale we have a selection of units from 30 square feet to a twenty foot container size. You bring your goods to the facility and store them in a self-storage unit for as long as you require coming and going as you please. Only you have access to your self-storage unit.

You can store for as long as you want, there is no maximum period.  Minimum stay is one month.

The monthly cost depends on the size of the required storage unit. If you require assistance please contact a member of staff to ensure the optimum storage size for your requirements.

We have a simple price structure based on each unit size with no hidden extras. Prices start at €110.00 per month (ex VAT)

Yes we accept credit and debit cards for payment. Fees are payable monthly and in advance. We do not accept cash payments.

Yes, you need your own padlock to ensure that you are the sole key holder for your Self Storage unit and to ensure that your unit is securely locked at all times. Padlocks can be purchased at reception.

Packing boxes and tape can be purchased at reception to make life easy for you. You decide what needs to be boxed.

Once you are registered you will have 24 hour access to the self-storage facility.

You can store almost everything with a few exceptions:

Food and perishable goods

Any living creatures such as fish or birds

Flammable or combustible materials including petrol, diesel, paints, cleaning solvents and explosives

Chemical, radioactive or biological agents

Any items which emits smells or odours

Toxic waste, asbestos and any other dangerous materials

Compressed gas

Illegal items

Yes, you can store furniture in the storage units. The amount and dimensions of the furniture will determine the size of the self-storage unit required.

Yes, you can store electrical equipment. If the item contains batteries please ensure you remove them beforehand.

Unfortunately, the self-storage units are not equipped to store vehicles or larger boats as they may contain traces of petrol and/or diesel. Smaller dinghies without engines can be stored.

Yes, The self-storage facility is monitored with CCTV cameras, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

No, pets are not allowed into the self-storage facility.
